My Passion for Your Wellbeing

I caught myself lacking energy, feeling foggy in my head and running on autopilot. 2 Children that were complaining they were hungry all the time, combined with household, earning an income had taken out the joy of fun things, because they had become must do’s to prevent stress, sickness and weight gain. 

Luckily I’m born with a no-quitters-mentality, so I kept on searching for the solution to realise everything I want in live while feeling energetic and fulfilled. It started with a good dose of self-care; changing the family diet and incorporating spiritual and physical exercise. Replacing meal ingredients and snacks with wholesome nutritious foods resulted in stable blood sugar and less sickness. The positive effect on my children’s physical strength and mood blew me away. I decided to continue my endeavour to find out the effects of food on my own feeling of lack of energy and fatigue and the discomforts, ailments and sickness that were bothering my family members.

During my years of study and becoming a Certified Integrative Nutrition and Life Coach I linked the children’s running noses, frequent diarrhoea, skin problems and abnormal hormonal development to specific foods they were eating. I also realised that my foggy head, constipation, bloated belly, tongue irritations, tiredness and sensitivity to stress were symptoms of a leaky gut caused by the wrong lifestyle and food choices. Eating according to our body constitution and leaving out the foods that aggravate us has led to peace, power and happiness in our family. 

I believe everyone has access to this and can live an energetic and fulfilling life. We all have the power to create within ourselves. That’s why I support people to take charge of their life by using food as the most powerful tool to initiate change, so they can access their true self and create the life they love.
